Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Please note that delivery estimates may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, or high-volume seasons.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned to us, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we no longer control the delivery process.

  • Lost or stolen packages: Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

  • Damaged packages: If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will assist you with next steps.

International Shipping 

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary by destination.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees.

Pre-Orders or Custom Items

If your order includes pre-order or custom items, processing and shipping times may be longer. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the product description.
